Our mission is to see your event through exactly the way you dreamed it to be. Whether your vision is glamorous and elegant, to simple or themed we are here to provide our innovative ideas and creativity to make sure everything turns out perfectly.
We also offer design and coordination for other events such as Sweet 16 Parties, Anniversaries, bridal or baby showers, and Corporate Events.

Full Service Planning Package
Services Prior to Wedding Day:
⢠Initial consultation with bride and groom
⢠Unlimited emails & phone calls
⢠Booking & Confirmation of Vendor Appointments and/or site tours
⢠Accompany Clients to meetings
⢠Assistance with vendor Contracts & negotiation
⢠Venue and vendor recommendations and referrals
⢠Decor & Design recommendations (colors, theme, style, etc.)
⢠Comprehensive wedding day timeline for bridal party
⢠Wedding day itineraries for vendors
⢠Assistance with seating arrangements
⢠Confirm Guest Accommodations (if needed)
⢠Meeting with client to review all details of the wedding a week prior to the wedding
Services on Wedding Day:
⢠On-site Coordinator all day
⢠Manage all events on wedding day time line
⢠Direct Wedding Party and all vendors during ceremony and reception
⢠Collect all gifts and other items to give to designated person
⢠Handle final payments to vendors (provided by client if needed)
