Clowning Around -provides the following entertainment~
Face Painting, Balloon Sculpting, Magic Shows, Walk-arounds, Story Telling, Music, a large variety of Hand Puppets, and Rhythm Instruments with special costume pieces for an impromptu parade, lead by the guest of honor. Gifts and arts and crafts projects may also be used, while guests are having their face painted, for an extra minimal fee.
Singing Telegrams~
Singing Telegrams is another service of Clowning Around, using an original song about the guest of honor (consisting of new words to old tunes), and going as Trixy the Clown, or a Gorilla, with added humorous antics while I'm there. For a minimal fee, I will also provide a bouquet of 10 flower balloons or 5 helium balloons.
Adult Clowning ~
In addition to clowning for children, I also do adult programs (clean) such as "10 Ways to Grow Old With Confidence & Confetti" and "The Magic of Volunteering," which is a tribute to school volunteers, and "Trixy Cruises to Alaska." All programs are done in clown. I can develop a program for most any subject matter, if I have enough up-front time to develop it. (2 weeks minimum)
Experience~
As of June, 2007, I've been clowning and face painting for 5 years professionally and 3 years prior to that with a church youth group. I have clowned for private birthday parties, corporate/company parties, malls, fund raisers, company open houses or store openings, nursing and retirement home programs, church groups (young and old), entire church services in clown with other clowns, hospital visits, public events, college football games, and parades.
In addition to Trixy Clown ~
Grammy Ammy Clown has a milder personality with a lighter clown face to not frighten young children . She likes to tell stories and brings bubbles and puppets for the young ones.
Jo Jo is dressed like a male clown and seems to be a bit senile. He need lots of hep fom the children.
Trixy is the main clown and goes to most functions. One person, three clowns. |
